আমাদের গ্রাহকদের জন্য নিরাপদ ও স্বচ্ছ সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে নিচের ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা হয়।

১. অর্ডার ও কনফার্মেশন

• আমরা ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক এবং হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ Cash on Delivery ভিত্তিক অর্ডার গ্রহণ করি।

• অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোনে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করবেন।

  
  

২. অর্ডার স্ট্যাটাস

• Pending – অর্ডার গ্রহণ হয়েছে, কনফার্মেশন বাকি।

• Processing – অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে প্রসেসিং চলছে।

• In Courier – অর্ডার কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির হাতে দেয়া হয়েছে।

• Shipped – অর্ডার আপনার ঠিকানার উদ্দেশ্যে পাঠানো হয়েছে।

  
  

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়

• ঢাকার ভেতর: সাধারণত ২ কার্যদিবস।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: সাধারণত ৩ কার্যদিবস।

• ⚠️ কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সমস্যা, দেশের অস্থিতিশীল পরিস্থিতি বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।

  
  

৪. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ঢাকার ভেতর: ৳৭০

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৳১২০

  
  

৫. পণ্য গ্রহণের নিয়ম

• ⚠️ ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় অবশ্যই প্যাকেট খুলে দেখে নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

• বিজ্ঞাপনের ছবি/ভিডিওর সাথে পণ্য মিল থাকলেও, যদি আপনার মনে হয় পণ্যটি নেবেন না বা মত পরিবর্তন হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সাথে সাথেই পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

  
  

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় পাওয়া গেলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে জানাতে হবে, আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব।

• ব্যবহৃত বা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

• “Change of Mind” এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়, কেবলমাত্র ডেলিভারি ম্যানের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ফেরত দেয়া যাবে।

  
  

To ensure safe and transparent service for our customers, the following Delivery Rules apply:

1. Order & Confirmation

• We accept orders through website, Facebook, and WhatsApp with 100% Cash on Delivery.

• After placing an order, our representative will contact you to confirm the order.

  
  

2. Order Status

• Pending – Order received, awaiting confirmation.

• Processing – Order confirmed and being processed.

• In Courier – Order handed over to the courier company.

• Shipped – Order dispatched to your address.

  
  

3. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Usually within 2 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: Usually within 3 working days.

• ⚠️ Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, national unrest, or unavoidable circumstances.

  
  

4. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

  
  

5. Product Receiving Rules

• ⚠️ You must open and check the product in front of the delivery man. Once the delivery man leaves, no complaints will be accepted.

• Even if the product matches the advertisement (photo/video), if you change your mind, you can return the product immediately to the delivery man by paying the delivery charge.

  
  

6. Return & Refund

• If the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, inform the delivery man immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Used or intentionally damaged products are not eligible for return.

• In case of “Change of Mind”, refunds are not applicable. Returns can only be made to the delivery man at the time of delivery.
